1 General Information and Applicability

These terms and conditions ("Terms") apply to the bdokk platform and all associated services. bdokk is an online gaming and betting platform that provides cricket betting, slot games, live casino, and various entertainment gaming services for Bangladeshi users.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between bdokk ("we", "our", "the platform") and the user ("you", "member", "player"). Please read all of these terms carefully before using the platform.

Using any service on bdokk means you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you are requested to refrain from using our platform.

2 Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

2.2 Registration Terms

3 Account Management and Security

The security of your bdokk account is entirely your responsibility. Keep your account password and login details confidential and do not share them with any third party.

3.1 Account Security

• Change your password regularly and use a strong password.
• If you log in on someone else's device, log out at the end of the session.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify us immediately through live chat.
• bdokk never asks for your password via email or chat — be cautious of any such messages.

3.2 Account Suspension or Closure

We reserve the right to temporarily suspend or permanently close an account in the following circumstances:

• If the Terms are violated
• If registration was completed with false or incomplete information
• If fraudulent or dishonest activity is suspected
• If evidence of operating multiple accounts is found
• If it is confirmed that the account is being operated by a third party

4 Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Rules

bdokk currently accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. The minimum deposit amount for each method is ৳100.

• Minimum deposit: ৳100 per method
• After a deposit is completed, it is generally credited to the account within a few minutes.
• Deposits must be made only from a payment account registered in your own name.
• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and will be returned.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. After successful verification, the withdrawal process is generally completed within 1 hour.

• Withdrawals are only possible via the same method used for the deposit.
• If verification is not completed, the withdrawal process may be delayed.

5 Bonus and Promotion Terms

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. The wagering requirement for this bonus is 10 times (deposit + bonus).

• Bonus: 120% of the first deposit, up to ৳15,000
• Wagering Requirement: (deposit + bonus) × 10 times
• The wagering requirement must be met within 30 days of receiving the bonus.
• Winnings earned solely from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.

5.2 General Bonus Rules

• Each bonus offer can be claimed only once and cannot be claimed from multiple accounts belonging to the same family member.
• Unless specified for a particular individual or group, bonus offers generally apply to all members.
• bdokk reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the bonus program at any time.
• In the event of a terms violation, the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• The maximum withdrawal limit for winnings earned from a bonus will be stated in the terms of the specific promotion.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 General Betting Terms

All bets on bdokk are managed under fair and transparent rules. All betting decisions are final and settled according to the platform's rules.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled.
• If abnormal odds or opportunities are displayed due to a technical error, that bet will be cancelled.
• If an event is cancelled, the original stake for that bet will be refunded.
• Official results from international sports bodies (such as ICC, FIFA, BCB) will be used to determine outcomes.

6.2 Sports Betting

bdokk offers various betting options on cricket (BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup), football, and other sports. Odds in live betting can change quickly, and the odds at the moment a bet is confirmed will apply.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated by providers' software (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, JILI, PG Soft, Spribe, Ezugi). Game outcomes are entirely controlled by a Random Number Generator (RNG) and fair play is guaranteed.

7 VIP Program

bdokk's VIP Program has four tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Platinum. Weekly cashback and special benefits are provided at each tier.

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback

Your VIP tier is determined based on your gaming activity. Moving up to a higher tier depends on your regular participation and deposits. bdokk reserves the right to modify VIP benefits at any time, and the relevant member will be informed of any changes.

8 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdokk platform. Violating these rules will result in account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Operating multiple accounts under the same person.
• Registering using a false identity or information.
• Attempting to abuse bonuses or take unfair advantage.
• Selling, transferring, or renting an account to a third party.
• Using any automated software, bots, or scripts.
• Attempting to hack or gain unauthorized access to the platform's systems.
• Using the platform for money laundering or handling illegal funds.
